BIOLAB Lands in Fort Kent

We are open for learning! The Maine Mobile BIOLAB touched down at Fort Kent Elementary in Aroostook County on Mon., March 11--its first stop in a tour of 12 schools this semester. Maine Senate President Troy Jackson and Fern Desjardins, Chair of the State Board of Education, joined the Educate Maine team in a ribbon cutting ceremony on a snowy day. The lab will be in Fort Kent-at the northern terminus of U.S. Route 1--for four days, offering hands-on STEM learning for middle grade students.  READ MORE
